Cancellation Policy
Booking Fee
Booking fees in the amount of 25% are collected at the time of scheduling and are non refundable. The cut off for cancellations and reschedules is 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid penalty.
Cancellations
We require a minimum of 24 hours of the appointment for all cancellations to avoid penalty. Cancellations done within 24 hours of your appointment time will result in a 50% fee due at the time of cancellation & will be charged to the card used to book your appointment.
